house in brazil

A house in Brazil is becoming more and more tempting as an investment to people outside the country. There are several factors for this. Latin America as a whole has been performing well in economic terms and is increasing its trade with the rest of the world – a sign that it will become richer. Within Latin America, Brazil is a major player and is set to be a major player in global terms. The cost of living is still far cheaper than in the affluent countries of Europe and the property market is affordable. But another factor that is making a house in Brazil look like a wise move is the promise the country holds for a large boom in tourism. New airports are being built and new flight paths negotiated. And with Brazil being only eight hours from Europe, its hot climate and beautiful beaches are becoming increasingly tempting for Europeans. The country is also set for some major infrastructure improvements in the build-up to the 2014 football World Cup.
